We are recruiting: stitching operator (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Henderson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
