Steel fixer wanted in Columbia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixer in Columbia County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
