Vacancy available: we are hiring a hand presser in Jackson County, North Carolina. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Your main tasks: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
