Punch press operator wanted in Montcalm County

Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Montcalm County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Requirements: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Full-time, day shift.
