Prep cook wanted in Dodge County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Dodge County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
