Hydraulic press operator wanted in City of Manassas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in City of Manassas, Virginia. You will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
