Slinger signaller wanted in Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Marion County, Illinois. The job is at a container port. On a typical shift you will fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; read lift plans and method statements before starting; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
