Mechanical press operator wanted in Morehouse Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on the press shop floor. You will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Six days a week, one day off. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
