We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Roosevelt County, Montana. You will be based in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
