Vacancy available: we are hiring a furniture maker in Spencer County, Kentucky. You will work at a shopfitting company. Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Your main tasks: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
