Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
