We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Washington County, Idaho. Your main tasks: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection 1+ years on the tools preferred.
