Immediate opening: powder spray gun operator (Mississippi)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Humphreys County, Mississippi. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches.
