Butcher wanted in Nsit Ibom

Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift.
