Join our team: we are hiring a production operative in Decatur County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line Day to day you will load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). $8,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
