The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
