The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
