Now hiring: bread baker (Akwa Ibom State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred.
