Waterproofing applicator • Barton County, Kansas

Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Barton County, Kansas. You will work at an industrial plant. On a typical shift you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
