Bulldozer operator • Fune, Yobe State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Fune, Yobe State. The job is in an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will check for underground cables and services before digging; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
