Commis chef wanted in Mercer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Mercer County, Kentucky. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
