Fire and safety officer wanted in Sheffield

Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Sheffield, England. The job is on a high-rise building project. The role involves check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. You should have: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
