Frame straightening technician — Smith County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Smith County, Kansas. The job is in a smash repair workshop. The role involves straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
