We are recruiting: container truck driver (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a container truck driver in Sefton, England. You will be based at a haulage company. The role involves keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; report defects and book the unit in for servicing. You should have: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Six days a week, one day off.
