What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
