Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail sales associate in Talbot County, Maryland. The job is at an FMCG distributor. The role involves: • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Restock shelves and arrange the product display • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor What we are looking for: • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets • Knowledge of the local language and market Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
