Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day to day you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
