Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Kings County, New York. You should have: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Your main tasks: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
