Elevator service technician — Torrance County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Torrance County, New Mexico. You will work on a high-rise construction site. You will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; run load and overload tests with test weights; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces 4+ years on the tools preferred.
