On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time with occasional weekends.
