Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in City of Baltimore, Maryland. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Your main tasks: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment 2+ years on the tools preferred.
