Paint and prep technician wanted in Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Lake County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
