We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Forsyth County, Georgia. You will work on a residential housing development. Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Day to day you will fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
