We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment machinist in Reno County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens The role involves: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
