Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Arapahoe County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
