Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Lucas County, Iowa. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
