What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
