Shuttering carpenter wanted in Amelia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Amelia County, Virginia. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. Requirements: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent The role involves lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $2,750 per project plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
