Immediate opening: sheet metal press operator (Akwa Ibom State)

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; record output and downtime on the production sheet; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
