Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Tehama County, California. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line On a typical shift you will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
