Urgent requirement: brick and block layer (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Livingston County, Kentucky. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. You will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
