We are recruiting: gas installation technician (Minnesota)

Join our team: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Wilkin County, Minnesota. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. You will install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Six days a week, one day off.
