Scullery hand wanted in Forrest County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Forrest County, Mississippi. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
