Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them 5+ years on the tools preferred.
