Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Cass County, Michigan. The job is at a shipyard. Your main tasks: • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Part-time with flexible hours.
