Great opportunity: fettler (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fettler in Clark County, Ohio. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Basic grinding and fettling skills The role involves: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
