Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Marion County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
