Tandoor cook — Clark County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Clark County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
