Join our team: we are hiring a framing carpenter in York County, Maine. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience You will erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
