Production line operative wanted in La Crosse County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line operative in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. Day-to-day duties: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station What we are looking for: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Punctual with reliable attendance At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
